Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Launch/Life Cycle Management Manager to lead and execute a fully integrated US launch plan, encompassing commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, HR, legal, manufacturing supply chain, patient engagement, and other essential functions. This role involves detailed project management of regional launch plans and strategic partnership with our Life Cycle Management Lead to defend and protect our brands and business both pre and post exclusivity periods. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities around product commercialization in rare or orphan diseases, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth, along with handling ad hoc tasks as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities:
- Launch Plan Leadership & Coordination: Lead the execution of a fully integrated regional launch plan for multiple products, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned.
- Milestone Tracking: Oversee progress towards key deliverables using advanced tools, monitor dependencies, and ensure clear ownership tracking.
- Scenario Planning: Develop mitigation plans and closely work with analysts to model upside/downside scenarios to reflect internal and external factors.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute mitigation plans.
- Monthly Reporting: Develop and maintain a monthly launch dashboard to track progress towards the launch, key milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Communicate updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Launch Excellence & Governance: Ensure launch planning and execution align with organizational standards for launch excellence and governance.
- LCM Project Leadership: Partner with Management, focusing on defending and protecting the company’s brands and business both pre- and post-exclusive periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience in the commercialization of orphan or rare diseases.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Smartsheet is a plus).
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and market access strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Travel requirements: 10-15% East coast & International ((Attend in person meetings as required)
