We’re seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Manager of Integration Delivery to lead a team of implementation specialists and engineers executing short-cycle integration projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude (especially around API integrations, RPA, and AI tooling) with a passion for operational excellence and people leadership. Experience in the cybersecurity or identity space is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
- Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers focused on rapid deployment and customer onboarding.
- Ensure high-quality integration delivery from scoping to handoff, maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Build and maintain repeatable processes to support efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Drive accountability across your team for meeting SLAs, timelines, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the integration lifecycle.
Technical Program Oversight
- Guide the design and delivery of integration involving API, automation workflows (RPA), AI-based routing or classification, and secure identity operations.
- Roll up your sleeves to support complex solution design or unblock project teams when needed.
- Standardize reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks that accelerate implementation.
- Monitor technical trends and tools in automation, security, and AI to keep the team on the cutting edge.
Operational Efficiency & Strategy
- Implement metrics-driven project tracking to ensure velocity and predictability.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the delivery pipeline.
- Propose process or tooling improvements that reduce friction and increase throughput.
- Support the design of packaged integration offerings that align with customer needs and reduce time to value.
- Create feedback loops and dashboards to monitor system performance, developer productivity, and integration health at scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in technical services, solution delivery, or implementation roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong technical background—experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, automation tools, and AI platforms.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or identity/security operations concepts is highly desired.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and scale delivery operations.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Empathetic, growth-oriented leadership style.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the technical architecture of web crawlers - XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, API
- Exposure to ITSM or ticketing systems integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
