The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time.What You’ll Do:The Imagine Pediatrics Health Services Manager is responsible and accountable for quality care and service for assigned divisions. This position is responsible for promoting a patient and family centered model of care. The position will also be responsible for promoting strong interdisciplinary care team collaboration. In this role, you will:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage assigned Health Services staff promoting a healthy work and learning environment</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure adequate training of new staff and ongoing training of existing staff</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain adequate coverage in the assigned health services area and when necessary, provides justification for changes in staffing levels</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hire, counsel and provide performance management to staff as necessary</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide feedback and coaching to staff on an ongoing basis</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform timely annual performance reviews for all assigned staff in accordance with Human Resources policy and procedures</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Along with the VP and Director of Health Services, monitor expenses and compliance with the budget</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Along with the VP and Director of Health Services or Operations Manager, provide justification for necessary capital and operational expenses</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources in daily management decisions</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support and operationalize the integrated model of care</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead quality improvement projects designed to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in nursing research activities and support evidence based pediatric nursing</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Model a caring philosophy focusing on health promotion and safety education</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion’ age – appropriate developmental considerations and holistic patient care</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Direct health services planning and policy making through constructive collaboration in key committees</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have the ability to work well with others, have good communication skills and regular attendance is required</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion continuous improvement activities and serves as a coach and mentor to clinical staff</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>What You Bring & How You Qualify  First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve.<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Nursing or other field preferred.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Current State of of Florida RN License required. Compact strongly preferred.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum two (2) years management experience preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) This role offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
