As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. </div>We are seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the Company’s financial reporting function as the business continues to grow and operational complexity increases. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, this role will support the preparation of high-quality financial statements and disclosures, drive reporting process maturity, and help build a scalable, well-controlled financial reporting environment.This position will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across the organization while supporting audit execution, internal controls, and public-company readiness initiatives.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures to support global reporting and local statutory requirements.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.</li></ul><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and update accounting and financial reporting policies to ensure consistency across entities and alignment with U.S. GAAP and evolving business activities.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support consistent application of accounting policies across global subsidiaries through guidance and review.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Review significant contracts and transactions to assess financial reporting and disclosure implications.</li></ul><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support external audits and reviews, serving as a key point of coordination for group reporting and local subsidiary audits.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in managing audit deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strengthen the control environment by identifying and mitigating financial reporting risks through proactive ICFR monitoring and cross-functional process improvements.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead financial reporting process documentation efforts, identify control gaps, and support remediation initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support financial reporting and controls related to equity-based compensation, including coordination of fair value inputs and related disclosures.</li></ul><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting workflows, documentation, and standardization.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support long-term scalability, automation, and readiness for public-company reporting and compliance requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent professional certification required</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or high-growth, technology-focused companies, with significant exposure to complex technical accounting matters</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong command of generally accepted accounting principles</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly self-directed and accountable, with a proven ability to deliver against defined objectives and timelines</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing competing demands and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Critical thinker who can foresee potential obstacles and propose alternative approaches </li></ul>Benefits At ŌURA, we care about you and your well-being. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
