In this role, you will lead a high-performing Enterprise Sales Engineering team, driving technical strategy and engagement across some of the largest and most complex accounts in the market. You will serve as both a hands-on player and coach, supporting enterprise deals while mentoring your team to deliver exceptional technical guidance. Partnering closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams, you will influence executive decision-makers, define technical strategies, and ensure solutions address critical business and security challenges. The position combines people leadership, strategic deal involvement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will shape the customer experience, elevate technical standards, and scale a team capable of winning at the highest enterprise levels.
