In this role, you will lead the digital merchandising strategy across key online categories, shaping how customers interact with products and campaigns. You will blend creativity with data-driven decision making to optimize product presentation, improve conversion, and enhance the overall customer experience. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams, while also leveraging analytics to inform actionable insights. You will manage category pages, site readiness, and campaign execution, ensuring seamless launches and engaging shopping journeys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys storytelling through digital channels, and seeks to make a measurable impact on online sales performance.

Accountabilities:

·        Oversee category pages and product listings, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and effective visual merchandising.

·        Optimize product placement, sort order, and highlighting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.

·        Curate seasonal collections, campaign landing pages, and promotional hubs to enhance storytelling and brand identity.

·        Monitor and analyze site performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sell-through) to drive continuous improvement.

·        Execute flawless product launches and digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams.

·        Implement cross-sell, up-sell, and personalization strategies to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.

·        Conduct regular audits of site content, taxonomy, and navigation to maintain consistency and readiness.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, competitor tactics, and emerging digital merchandising best practices.

Requirements

·        5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising, preferably in apparel retail.

·        Experience in product buying or category management is a strong plus.

·        Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

·        Familiarity with AI-powered digital merchandising platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Algolia, Fast Simon) is advantageous.

·        Proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento.

·        Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

·        Creative eye for product presentation, fashion trends, and the customer journey.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

·        BS/BA degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
