As the Manager of Delivery Solutions Architects, you will lead a high-performing team focused on driving the post-sales technical strategy for public sector clients. You will ensure customer use cases move smoothly from planning to production while collaborating with sales, pre-sales, professional services, and partners. This role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning to accelerate customer adoption and success. You will coach and develop your team, oversee account assignments, and serve as a trusted advisor to key customers. Operating in a dynamic environment, you will influence the direction of post-sales execution, improve internal processes, and drive operational rigor across the organization. Accountabilities:

·        Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Solution Architects to achieve customer and organizational goals.

·        Oversee post-sales execution strategy, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions for public sector clients.

·        Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams to align strategy and accelerate customer adoption.

·        Serve as a technical sponsor and thought leader for key customers, guiding architectural decisions and best practices.

·        Assign accounts and distribute work across the team for optimal coverage and efficiency.

·        Monitor customer progress, forecast growth, and drive initiatives that reduce risk and resolve escalations.

·        Contribute to the creation of assets and practices that enhance the Delivery Solution Architecture function and consistency across customers.

Requirements

·        U.S. citizenship (required for public sector client support).

·        7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within SaaS, data analytics, data engineering, ETL, AI, or machine learning.

·        Proven experience building and leading technical post-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching professionals.

·        Ability to act as a trusted advisor to technical executives and influence strategic data project delivery decisions.

·        Experience in deployment of workloads or data products into production in roles such as delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner.

·        Strong understanding of customer business challenges and relevant big data use cases.

·        Experience in architecture discussions, project planning, execution, and customer growth strategy.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to foster positive team morale and cross-functional relationships.

·        Willingness to travel up to 30% around the Washington D.C. Metro area.
