  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to support financial, operational, and executive reporting needs
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations to define data requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement and enforce best practices in data governance, architecture, and data quality management
  • Support system integrations, data migrations, and modernization efforts during acquisitions or platform transitions
  • Manage technical initiatives such as API integrations, master data restructuring, and process automation projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar technical roles
  • Strong SQL expertise and proven experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Proficiency in Python or another scripting language is a strong plus
  • Experience working with financial, accounting, or operational datasets is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders in a consulting or multi-client environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and impact
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, portfolio-wide data transformation projects
  • Exposure to modern cloud data platforms and advanced analytics technologies
  • Collaborative environment working closely with finance and analytics experts
  • Career growth opportunities in data engineering and data strategy leadership
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on project and client needs
  • Opportunity to contribute to automation, modernization, and enterprise reporting initiatives
