Role Overview

As a member of the Credit team, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to push the boundaries of traditional lending. You will own end-to-end credit policy initiatives which includes approval/decline, line assignment, pricing, loss mitigation, modeling, and valuations.

We are looking for candidates who are excited to drive business insights through data analysis, critical thinking, and business acumen

Responsibilities:

· Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success

· Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products

· Build and maintain valuations and risk models and improve credit performance by testing hypotheses using rigorous data monitoring and analysis

· Coordinate across the line of business to delivery business intent, build business requirements and execute against the strategy

Successful candidates have a strong strategic & analytic bend and a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data and analytics. Candidate should be able to leverage capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering). Master’s Degree is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis in credit risk or portfolio management within cards and personal loans

• Advanced analytical skills using SAS, SQL, R or Python. Hands on experience with decision tree analyses and segmentation tools
