About the Role:
As the Manager of Court Services, you will lead a team of data entry specialists, ensuring accurate data input and maintaining quality standards. You will provide training and support to team members and implement process improvements. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data used by the organization.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrating effective leadership skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative team dynamic.
Providing training and support to team members on data entry tools and techniques.
Influencing and guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and agencies.
Establishing team standards and enforcing procedures based on expertise in respective field.
Troubleshooting data entry issues and providing solutions to improve data accuracy
Facilitating effective collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Presenting team achievements, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.
Creating and presenting engaging presentations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Have 5+ plus years experience as a people leader required.
Proficiency in using presentation software and tools to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
Possess analytical skills and the capacity to decipher data and provide strategic suggestions.
Possess effective problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data entry issues and recommend solutions.
Have a thorough understanding of data management systems and software
Able to gather and incorporate feedback from senior leaders and stakeholders into team strategies and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experienced in developing and maintaining procedures and coaching others to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Possess significant experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $75,700- 126,100 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $79,500 - 132,400 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $87,100 - 145,000 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $83,300 - 138,700 USD
