This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Ovation Healthcare. We are currently looking for a Manager, Client Engagement in Tennessee (USA).

In this role, you will act as the key executive liaison for healthcare members, building trusted partnerships with leadership teams and supply chain departments to enhance operational and financial performance. You will drive contract utilization, savings, and strategic growth initiatives while supporting hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care, and behavioral health facilities. This position requires strong business acumen, relationship management, and data analysis skills to identify opportunities, deliver impactful solutions, and ensure superior service. The role offers high visibility, direct interaction with C-Suite executives, and the chance to influence meaningful outcomes in the healthcare sector.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to drive strategic value.
  • Lead account planning, identify performance objectives, and execute strategies that deliver savings, efficiency, and improved operational outcomes.
  • Analyze and present data insights to clients, highlighting opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure members receive seamless support and superior service delivery.
  • Oversee contract utilization, compliance, and renewals while meeting growth and savings targets.
  • Manage strategic accounts across various healthcare facilities, requiring up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.
  • Lead solution development tailored to client needs and align cross-functional teams for successful execution.
  • Potentially supervise staff supporting specific client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in strategic account management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes, GPOs, and financial performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Suite executives.
  • Strong project management capabilities and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make business-focused recommendations.
  • Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in high-stakes or changing environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to manage and support strategic accounts.
