About The Role
The Manager, Alliance Management is responsible for independently managing active biopharma partnerships and projects, ensuring successful contract execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to Foresight Diagnostics’ biopharma and research institution partners.
Foresight Diagnostics’ partners include biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions seeking precision oncology assays to evaluate minimal residual disease (MRD) and a collaborative partner to execute diagnostic projects supporting regulatory filings. Reporting to the Associate Director of Alliance Management, this position will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships and lead internal coordination to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and strategic objectives. may also conduct business development activities with established partners to extend current programs or potentially contract new ones.
What You Will Do
Manage assigned biopharma collaborations as the primary point of contact, facilitating regular communication and problem-solving between internal teams and partners.
Develop and maintain partnership-specific project plans, ensuring project aims, deliverables, and objectives are met.
Establish and facilitate governance systems, including steering and operational committees and decision-making processes.
Monitor and track compliance with contractual obligations, such as development timelines, research updates, committee meetings, and milestone payments.
Lead the launch of new partnerships, including pre-deal transition activities and closeout of concluded partnerships.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, conduct health checks, and identify opportunities to improve or expand partnerships.
Support Business Development in discussions and negotiations for new partnering agreements, amendments, or additional statements of work.
Maintain accurate documentation of partnership activities, processes, and best practices to drive efficiencies and improve alliance capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, laboratory, legal, regulatory, and leadership teams to align partnership execution with organizational capabilities.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends in biopharma and diagnostics and apply insights to support Foresight’s strategic plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
5+ years’ experience in the life sciences industry with 2–3 years of alliance management or project/program management experience in an FDA-regulated healthcare product company (diagnostics, therapeutics, or medical devices).
Demonstrated ability to independently manage partnerships or projects.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve contract deliverables.
Familiarity with legal agreements and monitoring contract fulfillment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD in life sciences).
Experience in companion diagnostics or biopharma partnering.
Proficiency in conflict resolution and analytical problem-solving.
Understanding of oncology diagnostics and the biopharma industry.

Travel up to 25%, dependent upon location.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
This position may be remote in the United States, Hybrid, or On-site in Boulder, CO.
Compensation and Benefits
This role is hiring at an annual salary of $100,000 - $130,000 and is eligible for bonus and equity offerings.
