Tunnl serves brands, agencies, and advocacy groups alike - organizations navigating complex communications, reputational, and regulatory landscapes. These teams need smarter, faster ways to make audience-informed decisions that stand up to scrutiny and resonate across stakeholder groups. Whether you're building a brand, shaping public opinion, managing risk, or launching a new initiative, Tunnl empowers you to move from insight to impact with clarity & confidence.

The Role: Manager, Agency & Media

The Manager, Agency & Media is the day-to-day project and client lead on Tunnl's Agency & Media team, responsible for managing delivery across client accounts and serving as the primary operational point of contact for agency and media partners.

Reporting to a Director, Agency & Media, this role is designed for someone who wants to build deep expertise in client success, audience strategy, and media execution. You will lead client calls, manage timelines and deliverables, and solve problems as they arise — functioning as both a CSM and project manager as you develop into a full account lead. This is an ideal role for someone with agency or media experience who is ready to grow into a senior client leadership position within 1–3 years.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning the details while keeping the bigger picture in view. DC-area preferred, but open to strong remote candidates.
