This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Account-Based Marketing & Executive Programs in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of account-based marketing strategy, enterprise sales enablement, and executive engagement, focused on driving pipeline growth within high-value accounts. You will lead the design and execution of highly personalized ABM programs that influence deal velocity and strengthen relationships with strategic customers. Working closely with senior sales leadership, you will translate account insights, intent data, and buying signals into targeted marketing strategies. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across field marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns. You will also own performance tracking, optimizing programs based on engagement and revenue impact. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment where marketing directly influences enterprise growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Partner with sales leadership to define target account strategies and build customized account plays with tailored messaging and content
  • Leverage intent data, account intelligence, and multi-channel marketing tactics to orchestrate personalized campaigns
  • Track and analyze account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal velocity to optimize ABM performance
  • Collaborate with field marketing teams on account-based events, executive engagement programs, and in-person activations
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities to support revenue generation and accelerate deal cycles
  • Continuously refine ABM strategies based on data insights and campaign performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 2–3+ years focused on account-based marketing
  • Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel ABM strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and ability to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Experience interpreting intent data, technographics, and buyer signals to inform account prioritization
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior sales leaders and contribute to strategic account planning
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing engagement outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more for field programs and account activations

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary range: $76,800 – $186,200, depending on experience and location
