This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Major Accounts Rep, Financial Services based in United States.

This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on driving strategic growth within the Financial Services sector by positioning an AI-native security automation platform to senior decision-makers.
You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with large financial institutions, helping them transform their security operations through advanced AI-driven SOC capabilities.
The position requires a strong hunter mindset, with ownership of complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close and expansion.
You will engage directly with executive stakeholders, shaping account strategy and aligning solutions to critical business and security priorities.
The environment is fast-moving and highly competitive, requiring strong discipline in territory management, pipeline execution, and quota attainment.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a growth-oriented role where your success directly contributes to expansion in a key strategic vertical.

Accountabilities:

Drive new business development within Financial Services accounts, positioning an AI-driven security operations platform across enterprise clients.
Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing of complex enterprise deals.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and security leaders.
Expand existing accounts through land-and-expand motions, increasing platform adoption and footprint over time.
Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded sales processes involving multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and solution engineering to support deal execution.
Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or consultative selling approaches.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and disciplined sales execution across all opportunities.

Requirements:

5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise software solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business growth.
Strong experience selling into Financial Services organizations (banks, insurers, or investment firms).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Executive presence with experience engaging C-level decision-makers.
Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales, and target account strategies.
Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment.
