As a Luana Lounge Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive, personalized, and efficient service while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will support daily lounge operations, maintain service standards, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury, upscale, and fast-paced lounge environment.
• Create a positive first impression by maintaining cleanliness, table setup standards, and overall ambiance.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, beverage selections, preparation methods, and available hospitality services.
• Recommend and promote food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders while ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide personalized service by recognizing guest preferences and creating meaningful interactions.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet established quality and presentation standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after guest departure.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including side work and service preparation.
• Support other food and beverage areas during busy periods when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including required HACCP procedures.
• Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Ability to provide attentive and courteous service while maintaining focus on guest needs.
• Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal proficiency.
• Additional language skills or knowledge of local languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a self-motivated, energetic, and service-driven approach.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to meet state and federal food and beverage employment requirements, including Tuberculosis Clearance.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
