Accountabilities:- Design, build, and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automated workflows.
- Develop and manage multi-step automations using tools such as Zapier and/or Make.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations, webhooks, and cross-platform system connections.
- Structure and maintain Notion as a centralized knowledge base and operational workflow hub.
- Build AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI systems.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively design scalable automation solutions.
- Document systems, workflows, and processes to ensure clarity, maintainability, and scalability.
- Connect CRM, marketing, and fulfillment systems into unified automated pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical automation solutions.
- Continuously refine and optimize internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, structured data systems, and automation logic.
- Proven experience building workflows using Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration principles.
- Experience structuring and optimizing Notion for operational or knowledge management use cases.
- AI-native mindset with practical experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and system thinking.
- Experience designing or maintaining operational systems in early-stage or fast-growth environments.
- Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling is highly valuable.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build systems without detailed instructions.
- Strong curiosity and passion for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
