This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and optimize a modern learning management system (LMS) that supports internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. As a LMS Developer, you will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to deliver scalable, interactive learning solutions. Your work will drive training effectiveness, enhance user experience, and provide actionable insights through data analysis. This position allows for creativity in integrating third-party tools, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about eLearning technology, process improvement, and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives.
  • Customize LMS interfaces, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs.
  • Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users.
  • Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Integrate third-party applications such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools with the LMS.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and periodic audits to ensure platform reliability and data integrity.
  • Document processes and maintain technical manuals related to LMS operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, computer science, education, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration and development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS reporting tools.
  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
