LMS Analyst/Designer

The LMS Analyst/Designer brings over 12 years of extensive experience in instructional design,
learning management systems (LMS) administration, and functional training across various
sectors including nonprofit, corporate, and public institutions. This role focuses on enhancing
learning experiences through innovative instructional strategies and effective training
methodologies, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as HR,
Payroll, Asset Management, and Finance.

Key Experience:
  • Designed and managed online courses, assignments, discussions, and assessments for abroad range of learners, ensuring high-quality educational experiences.
  • Conducted quarterly course audits and implemented quality control practices to enhance error detection and correction, significantly improving course delivery.
  • Produced asynchronous webinars and integrated them into the LMS to boost learner engagement and success.
  • Managed daily operations of LMS, ensuring seamless support for student success across multiple campuses.
  • Developed comprehensive training plans and KPIs aligned with the ADDIE model promoting best practices and optimizing online learner experiences.
  • Led the implementation of new computer-based systems, serving as the Chair for Functional Training and the primary Salesforce CRM expert.
  • Collaborated with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to create content that fostered change adoption across various government departments.
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and Finance.
  • Expertise in translating complex business needs into effective training materials, ensuring that learners can efficiently utilize ERP systems in their roles.
  • Delivered high-impact training and instructional content that facilitated successful accreditation processes and boosted organizational performance.
  • Utilized data analysis from Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs) and In-Person Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) to create summative reports that informed strategic improvements and enhanced learner outcomes.
  • Partnered with various industry professionals and teams across multiple virtual platforms to execute project schedules, maintain budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
