The Labor Market Survey (LMS) Administrator provides scheduling and support for other team members in the Vocational department to assist with carrying out the duties of the department. This position is responsible for building budgets, scheduling, and confirming appointments for various members of the team.


What you'll do

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, team members, and supervisors.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Performs other related duties as required/necessary.
  • Build and Track Budgets for the VOC/LMS department.
  • Performs other related duties as required/necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in scheduling and administrative work.
  • Must have excellent time-management skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
