After securing your Property & Casualty insurance license, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients in the agricultural community, providing them with critical risk management solutions. Using your expertise in LRP insurance products, you’ll not only educate but also empower clients to make informed decisions, helping them safeguard their operations and thrive in a dynamic industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Breakeven analysis and evaluation</li><li>Development of insurance plans that best align with the client’s objectives </li><li>Provide regular market-related news and updates, including conference calls and publications as required</li><li>Record client profiles, sales, and interactions within the CRM system</li><li>Travel to client sites, raising new business as well as other travel as it relates to the business. </li><li>Lead or assist with other assigned projects and duties</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Classes in Agriculture related studies preferred</li><li>Background in farming, ranching or other sectors within the dairy, grain, and/or livestock industry preferred;</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of insurance or general exposure to the dairy, grain, and livestock industry</li><li>Property & Casualty Insurance License <strong>required</strong>, or Initiative to obtain license within 90 days of hire</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies for Success</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge & Application: Expanded knowledge in insurance services.
