The Role
At DK Law, we do things differently, and we do them well. We are one of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in California, operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We believe in investing in strong systems, efficient workflows, and the people who make those things possible.
We are transitioning our core CRM and case management systems into the Litify platform. The Litify Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing Litify to support scalable workflows across intake, pre-litigation, medical management, negotiation, and settlement operations. Translate business needs into technical system solutions
Build dashboards and reporting tools for department and leadership visibility
Create clean, scalable processes to support growth and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the platform to support end users
Manage enhancements, releases, and version control for the Litify environment
Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.

Strong experience working in Salesforce development or administration roles
Hands-on Litify configuration experience strongly preferred
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system architecture

Understanding of business operations in PI or high-volume professional services is a plus
Strong communication and documentation habits
