This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of M Booth. We are currently looking for a Lifestyle Sr. Account Executive/Account Supervisor in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-impact consumer lifestyle and CPG accounts within a dynamic, integrated agency setting. As a key team leader, you will oversee complex projects, drive client relationships, and inspire your team to deliver creative and strategic communications that resonate culturally. You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams including PR, influencer campaigns, events, and partnerships, while contributing to innovative marketing strategies. This position thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values creativity, culture, and client success.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide strategic counsel and serve as the primary client liaison, delivering clear, concise updates and building trust-based relationships.
  • Lead project management for diverse programs, creating efficient workplans, overseeing multiple clients and deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage special events and experiential activations, coordinating with partners, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful executions.
  • Direct and coach junior team members, offering real-time feedback, fostering motivation, and supporting professional growth.
  • Develop program materials and contribute innovative ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and resolve challenges swiftly to maintain smooth project progress.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of PR agency experience with a strong foundation in traditional and digital public relations, influencer marketing, and integrated programming.
  • Proven leadership skills managing teams of 2-3 direct reports and the ability to motivate and develop talent.
  • Experience managing lifestyle and/or food & beverage accounts with a passion for cultural trends and consumer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and driving events, partnerships, and communications projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
