Location: Tennessee

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position allows LPCs to deliver structured mental health support to clients across Tennessee without the limitations of a physical office. You will guide clients through treatment goals, coping strategies, and progress tracking while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions through telehealth
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Follow Tennessee licensing and telehealth regulations
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed

Requirements

• Active LPC license in Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
• Reliable internet and private workspace for sessions
