Location: Connecticut
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role centers on providing structured, goal-driven counseling to adults through telehealth. You’ll work with clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life challenges while delivering consistent care in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding goals and progress
• Follow Connecticut licensing and telehealth regulations

Requirements

• Active Connecticut LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
