Location: Oklahoma
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

This role is ideal for an LPC who wants a stable, full-time schedule while delivering therapy in a virtual environment. You will focus on client sessions, progress tracking, and treatment delivery without the distractions of in-person office management.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling services to adults and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Follow evidence-based therapeutic practices
• Participate in required clinical meetings and reviews
• Ensure compliance with all professional standards

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Prior experience in mental health counseling
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
