Salary: $115K–$120K per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide consistent mental health care in a fully remote setting. This position centers on therapy delivery, progress monitoring, and treatment outcomes. You will work with clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life changes through scheduled virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Create and manage client treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust care strategies
• Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
• Comply with professional and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Active Texas LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience in telehealth or clinical environments
• Ability to manage a steady remote caseload
