Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured virtual therapy to adult clients statewide. This position offers predictable hours, steady referrals, and a clearly defined scope of practice. The role is ideal for counselors who value consistency, clear expectations, and the ability to focus on therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled individual counselling sessions via telehealth
• Conduct intake interviews and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical counselling experience
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
