Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This position centers on delivering reliable, high-quality mental health care through virtual sessions. As an LPCC, you will work with clients seeking clarity, stability, and progress in their daily lives. Your role plays a direct part in improving access to care across Ohio while maintaining a predictable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through telehealth sessions
• Evaluate client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Follow evidence-based practices
• Participate in case discussions when required

Requirements

• Active Ohio LPCC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
