Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time, California

Position Summary
We are seeking licensed therapists to provide high-quality mental health services across California. In this role, you will conduct therapy sessions, develop treatment strategies, and collaborate with care teams to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Build and monitor client treatment plans
• Work with colleagues to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
