We are seeking a Washington-licensed clinician to provide remote counseling services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This position is a strong match for professionals who want to combine clinical care, schedule consistency, and the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health counseling to clients located in Washington
• Develop treatment plans and support client progress over time
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional standards of care
• Support clients through evidence-informed counseling practices

Requirements

• Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
• Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote environment
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a virtual caseload with professionalism
