Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to deliver ongoing virtual therapy to a steady client caseload. This position is built for counselors who value consistency, predictable hours, and a structured clinical environment that supports quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Conduct assessments and follow-up evaluations
• Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
• Ensure documentation aligns with state requirements
• Support continuity of care and treatment adjustments
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time

Requirements

• Current Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience delivering mental health therapy
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills
