Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide structured mental health counseling through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy sessions, and treatment planning while also supporting care quality through supervision and case review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Supervise associate counselors and provide feedback
• Participate in case reviews and care coordination
• Adjust interventions based on client progress

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
