Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Snapshot

This role centers on providing structured mental health counseling through a secure telehealth platform. You will support clients managing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors while contributing to clinical oversight through supervision and case guidance. The focus is consistent care delivery and strong clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
• Review cases for quality and regulatory alignment
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
