Location: Massachusetts

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

As an LMHC in our telehealth program, you will deliver structured mental health counseling to adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life changes. This position allows you to concentrate on clinical work while supporting measurable progress for each client through consistent virtual care.

Primary Duties

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client goals
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
• Participate in clinical consultations as needed
• Adhere to Massachusetts licensing and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Clinical experience in outpatient or virtual settings
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with electronic health records
