Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are expanding our Indiana telehealth services and are hiring an LMHC to support ongoing client care. This position focuses on therapy delivery, documentation accuracy, and maintaining clinical consistency across a virtual care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual counseling sessions
• Conduct assessments and follow-up evaluations
• Supervise associate clinicians and review notes
• Maintain compliance with Indiana regulations
• Support treatment continuity and care coordination
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time

Requirements

• Current Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience delivering mental health therapy
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills
