Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are looking for an Indiana-licensed LMHC to support clients through structured virtual therapy. This role is centered on consistent session work, clear treatment planning, and steady follow-up. You will work with an established caseload while contributing to clinical quality through supervision and case review.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
• Track progress and adjust goals as needed
• Supervise associate counselors when assigned
• Review clinical notes for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in case consultation as required

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working remotely full time
