Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide reliable, session-based mental health care through telehealth. This role focuses on day-to-day therapy delivery, progress tracking, and treatment planning for a stable caseload. You will also support clinical standards through supervision and documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete intake evaluations and treatment plans
• Track progress and update clinical goals
• Supervise associate counselors as assigned
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in case discussions and care planning

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to manage a full virtual schedule
