Job Summary

We are looking for an LMHC to join our Massachusetts telehealth team and provide counseling services to clients from a remote setting. In this role, you will conduct therapy appointments, discuss client goals, provide clinical guidance, and help individuals work through personal, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Your day will involve connecting with clients, applying your clinical expertise, keeping care plans organized, and documenting sessions as part of ongoing treatment. This position is ideal for a counselor who enjoys direct client interaction and wants the flexibility of remote practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled counseling sessions through secure telehealth technology
• Build therapeutic relationships and create a comfortable environment for client discussions
• Explore client experiences, concerns, and goals to guide the direction of care
• Assist clients with concerns related to mood, stress, relationships, trauma, and life transitions
• Apply appropriate counseling methods based on client needs and clinical judgment
• Review progress over time and make updates to care plans when needed
• Complete session documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in clinical communication and follow established care procedures
• Protect client privacy and maintain professional standards during all virtual interactions

Requirements

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Previous experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
• Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and reliability
• Must have a private, secure workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
