Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote Role in NY

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an LMFT to provide remote therapy services for clients across New York. Your role will focus on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges by creating treatment plans that lead to measurable improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct assessments and set clear care goals.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Collaborate with peers virtually for holistic care.

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
