Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver remote mental health services to clients throughout New Hampshire. The role involves helping people address relationship concerns, family stress, emotional regulation, conflict, and coping skills through professional therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Work with clients on relationship and family-related concerns
• Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
• Keep clinical documentation current and accurate
• Provide ongoing support based on client progress
• Maintain professional and ethical care standards

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
