Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy through a fully remote setting. This position focuses on helping clients manage relationship stress, family patterns, communication concerns, anxiety, grief, and major life changes through consistent clinical support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients in New Hampshire
• Provide treatment for couples, families, and individuals
• Create treatment goals based on client needs
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates
• Use evidence-based therapy methods in care planning
• Coordinate care when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
