Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring an LMFT to provide counseling services through a fully remote platform. This role focuses on helping clients address behavioral patterns, emotional concerns, and family-related stressors through consistent, guided sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services via secure video sessions
• Evaluate client needs through intake and ongoing sessions
• Create and adjust individualized care plans
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Monitor outcomes and client engagement
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Nebraska
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational or family-based cases
• Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
