Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Texas. This role is suited for clinicians who value routine schedules and clear expectations while continuing meaningful therapeutic work. You will support clients as they work through emotional challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and set treatment goals
• Maintain timely and accurate session documentation
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Review progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

• Active Texas LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working in a telehealth environment
• Strong clinical organization and communication skills
