Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Washington. The LICSW will provide therapy, complete assessments, develop care plans, and help clients work through mental health concerns using professional clinical methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure remote platform
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reviews
• Help clients address anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate records in line with clinical requirements
• Communicate clearly with clients about goals and next steps
• Uphold confidentiality and professional practice standards

Requirements

• Active Washington LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote care setting
