Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LICSW position is designed for a licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality mental health support from a telehealth setting. You will help clients identify concerns, set treatment goals, process challenges, and make steady progress through consistent clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy services to clients in Washington
• Assess client needs and clinical presentation
• Build treatment plans based on client goals and diagnosis
• Keep clear, compliant, and timely documentation
• Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care
• Maintain professional standards for privacy and ethics

Requirements

• Active Washington LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote care setting
