Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker to manage a virtual caseload and deliver ongoing therapy services. This role is responsible for conducting sessions, maintaining treatment plans, documenting care, and ensuring continuity across client interactions. The position operates within a structured telehealth model with clear expectations and consistent scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor client progress and update care plans
• Participate in clinical quality reviews when needed
• Follow Arkansas licensing and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Arkansas LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Ability to manage an independent caseload
• Experience using telehealth platforms
