Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCPC for a telehealth role built around reliability and client connection. This position allows you to focus on therapy sessions, assessments, and care planning within a steady workflow that supports both clinical quality and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health therapy sessions
• Conduct diagnostic assessments
• Maintain treatment plans and session notes
• Adjust interventions as client needs evolve
• Follow Maryland clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy
• Strong documentation habits
• Ability to work independently
