Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCPC who wants a clear, consistent telehealth role centered on counseling and client progress. You will work with a defined caseload, provide structured therapy sessions, and support clients through practical, goal-oriented care in a predictable daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counseling services through telehealth
• Conduct mental health evaluations
• Create individualized care plans
• Track client outcomes and progress
• Complete documentation in the EHR

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing mental health counseling
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches
• Strong organization and communication skills
