Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Illinois

Position Summary

As an LCPC in this role, you will support adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and daily stressors. Your day-to-day work centers on therapy sessions, clinical planning, and follow-through that helps clients function better in their personal and professional lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with adult clients
• Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
• Follow Illinois licensure and telehealth compliance standards
• Coordinate care within an established clinical framework

Requirements

• Active Illinois LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
• Prior experience delivering outpatient therapy services
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
